My name is Emily Alvarez. I can lick my elbow and fall asleep anytime, anywhere. I rarely watch TV (and my attention span for movies is worse). I’m an optimist, a worry-wart, a bit of a perfectionist, and somewhat of a nerd. I like to keep myself busy. Too busy. I have no middle name. Less bubbles I had to fill in on standardized exams (Thanks, Mom). I’ve seen more countries than I have States. I am in love with my rambunctious mutt, Nala. I believe a good bike ride can cure anything. I have a deep appreciation for sarcasm. I’m adventurous and find it hard to say no to new opportunities. I love to motivate and inspire. Fitness is the essence of my alter-ego.
